Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy role with BenchMark Physical Therapy (part of Upstream Rehabilitation). Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. Required Qualifications
