Physical Therapist (10609)

Experienced outpatient Physical Therapist sought to join a Beach-area practice in Southwest Florida. Responsibilities include documenting patient treatment and progress in the medical record, identifying patient care needs, and implementing physical therapy directives. Perform therapeutic procedures such as manual exercises and instruct patients in non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily living activities; utilize devices like crutches, canes, and prostheses. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and PartnerCare standards. Collaborate with the core care team to ensure high-quality patient care, provide patient education on techniques and ergonomics, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement. Requires an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy, current PT license, and at least three years of experience; welcome newly licensed PT graduates or experienced therapists.
