Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical limitations to restore function and mobility. Develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities; implement gait and functional mobility training; educate patients and support providers; and monitor responses to adjust therapy. Must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current state license/certification. Location-based onsite position in Thibodaux, LA and Audubon, LA with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
