Job Summary
Physical Therapist I Outpatient in NH outpatient rehabilitation clinic. Provides patient evaluations and implements individualized 45-minute treatment plans for diverse populations with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and specialty diagnoses. Delivers one-on-one care, participates in mentorship and staff development, maintains compliant documentation, manages insurance/charges, and contributes to multidisciplinary team goals. Requires licensure in NH, completed PT education, and BLS certification; engage in continuous professional development and quality initiatives within a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of NH
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or equivalent CPR credentialed by AHA
