Physical Therapist 1

Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, build relationships to promote a collaborative environment, and be accountable for performance. Take initiative for professional growth and engage to build a winning team while delivering direct and indirect patient care per the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules.
