Physical Therapist 1

Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients; provide direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules with evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing reassessment and discharge planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care; communicate clearly and openly; build relationships to promote a collaborative environment; be accountable for performance; continuously seek ways to improve the patient experience; take initiative for professional growth; be engaged and eager to contribute to a winning team.
