Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and discharge patients using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process. Provide direct and indirect care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience. Maintain accountability for performance and actively seek professional growth opportunities. Support a collaborative environment by building strong relationships and taking initiative to improve care delivery. Work 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
