Job Summary
Conduct evaluation, program planning, and treatment for patients referred to Physical Therapy within the Neurology outpatient setting. Provide documentation of care and educate patients, families, hospital staff, and students. Contribute to professional enhancement through clinical research and education while ensuring patients meet their maximum potential through quality care and input to medical management. Maintain current state licensure and AHA CPR certification with at least one year of experience. Knowledge of Neurology required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program
- Current State licensure as Physical Therapist
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- Knowledge of Neurology
- Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program
