Physical Security Systems Engineer

Hands-on physical security systems engineer to support OpenAI’s access control, video surveillance, GSOC workflows, and physical security operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex security system issues across access control and supporting infrastructure, managing operational tickets and escalations with strong follow-through and root-cause thinking, coordinating remediation with security integrators and vendors, supporting GSOC workflows and system programming, and partnering with Networking, IT, and Workplace teams to ensure stable, accurate, and well-supported security systems.
