Job Summary
Provide support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for Amazon Operations' physical security system infrastructures, including access control, CCTV, visitor management, and incident management systems. Respond to service requests, execute programming and technical project activities, and adhere to standard procedures for issue escalation. Maintain a flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation. This role resides within the Security Integrations Group, where the team values collaboration and utilizes scripting languages like PowerShell alongside networking basics.
