Job Summary
Analyze physical security incidents and evaluate changes to bank-wide tactics, developing standards, policies, and procedures. Coordinate facility access, guard, and surveillance activities while conducting investigations of breaches and collaborating with law enforcement on robbery cases. Provide post-robbery support to branches, maintain security equipment, and perform random reviews of branch reports and video for compliance. Assist in completing semi-annual security access reviews, conduct branch assessments, and update security manuals and training content. Perform extensive testing of security system enhancements and communicate updates to branches and administration. Ensure compliance with FDIC/FFIEC regulations and support the rollout of new security products.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written/oral communications and interpersonal skills
- ability to collaborate with and work effectively with diverse groups of people across departments/divisions
- Demonstrated proficiency with various software applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, database, email, networking, and internet applications
- Very strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Clear understanding of the division and company goals, communicating and supporting them to others
- Experience in branch banking with thorough knowledge of bank operations and deposit regulations
- Ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple tasks in a self-directed, proactive manner
- Must obtain professional certifications as required
