Physical Security Specialist

Security Specialist responsible for fraud investigations, security assessments, and monitoring security equipment (video surveillance, card access control, intrusion detection). Provides guidance to employees, enforces security compliance, assists in maintenance of banking equipment, and trains staff on current standards. Collaborates with teams to develop and maintain security processes and policies, liaises with law enforcement, and supports risk reduction across information, financial, physical, personnel, and reputational risks. Based in Iowa City with travel across the state; hours 30-32 per week. Requires Associate degree or comparable experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
