Job Summary
Assess physical security risks across the enterprise, steward security incidents in assigned regions, and coordinate security notifications. Support new site deployments by implementing access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm detection, and intercom systems. Partner with project managers to review security policies, processes, and procedures while ensuring customer implementation quality. Provide technical counsel to senior leadership on reinforcing security culture and continuously improving facility protections. Requires six years of security sector experience, Genetec software knowledge, and up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience within the security sector
- Technical knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
- Ability to create and interpret technical documents and reports
- Excels at data analysis and at forming and presenting recommendations grounded in quantitative information
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees, clients, and third parties
- Comfortable working with senior managers and third-party vendors, with a demonstrated ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Desired Qualifications
- Genetec software experience
- Professional certification such as ASP, PSP, or CPP
