Job Summary
Manage all aspects of security design and installation projects throughout the Central Valley from initial engagement through completion, including overseeing multiple project scopes and schedules. Conduct site evaluations, review design concepts, and produce functional specifications while ensuring compliance with technical standards. Prepare and evaluate Request for Proposal documents, manage site activation activities, and coordinate with design resources for procurement. Serve as the primary security point of contact, attend regular design and construction meetings, and produce status reports to resolve high-priority issues. Perform on-site inspections during construction and final acceptance testing, manage lessons learned, and evaluate contractor performance. This embedded role requires direct client collaboration, up to 50% travel, and U.S. citizenship verification.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Working familiarity with low-voltage and physical security technology and design concepts
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
- Demonstrated ability to identify critical path activities, prioritize tasks and deliverables, and realize consistent progress
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to meet client and/or government security screening requirements for the role
- Verification of U.S. citizenship
- Successful completion of a background check
