Job Summary
Establish and lead the enterprise-capable project management office while developing, tracking, and maintaining reporting of budgets, schedules, and written analysis for all assigned projects. Collaborate with Global Facilities, Information Services, and vendors to create project statements of work and manage the RFP process for security components. Enforce global system standards by driving design and implementation excellence for end-to-end delivery of physical security construction projects, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget completion, coordinating cross-functional teams including general contractors, security integrators, and client stakeholders. Oversee installation, commissioning, and turnover activities across corporate, data center, healthcare, and critical infrastructure environments, conducting site assessments and reviewing construction drawings. Manage project risks, change orders, and vendor performance while ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements. Direct testing and system acceptance, facilitating stakeholder meetings and issue resolution to maintain project momentum. Available on an on-call basis for emergencies with willingness to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Knowledge of security systems operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team
- Able to read construction drawings, including 3D (BIM)
- Available on an on-call basis for emergencies
- Willing to travel internationally
- Bachelor's degree is preferred although combination of work experience and education may be accepted
- Project budgeting experience for small to large scale projects
- Strong IT and systems architecture knowledge
- 5 years+ in a similar role within a security organization
- Working knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio; SharePoint)
- Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills, including presentations
- Knowledge and aptitude of automated / integrated security systems and concepts
- Bluebeam or applicable experience
- Servicenow or similar system knowledge
- Strong working knowledge around access control and video surveillance
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Windows (All)
- Service-oriented/customer-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
