Physical Security Project Manager - Billingual in Korean

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of physical security projects (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) on a 2-month term contract. Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation to closeout, coordinating installation and deployment of CCTV, access control, surveillance, alarm, and related systems. Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets; manage resources; serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure compliance with security standards, safety requirements, and company policies; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; coordinate site surveys, system testing, commissioning, and project documentation; review vendor proposals and project deliverables; support issue resolution during implementation. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, 5+ years of PM experience in physical security or related infrastructure, and bilingual Korean/English proficiency.
