Physical Security Operations Manager

Guide and supervise shift supervisors, security officers, and site activities while managing recruiting, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for the assigned guard force. Maintain detailed knowledge of job site requirements, ensuring "Post Orders" are current, relevant, and adhered to. Build close relationships with customer representatives by resolving issues, performing site inspections, and recommending security improvements. Supervise personnel scheduling and assign officers to sites, while assuring all personnel are properly uniformed and equipped. Manage the site fleet vehicle, including maintenance schedules, logs, inspections, and DOT certifications. Conduct random job site inspections and maintain logs of supervisor visits, officer inspections, and customer follow-ups. In conjunction with the Director of Guard Services, maintain operational and expense budgets. Perform security guard services to fill temporary openings or provide on-site supervision as necessary. Requires GA Unarmed Certification, 3-5 years of security management experience, and 24/7 availability.
