Job Summary
Lead and continuously improve physical security across offices, production facilities, and future sites by designing access control, CCTV, and perimeter protection systems. Develop scalable security standards, procedures, and operating models while building partnerships with external providers to drive performance and continuous improvement. Plan security concepts for executive visits, customer demonstrations, and international trade fairs, including protective measures for senior leadership and travel risk planning. Conduct site security assessments, lead operational incident responses, and support emergency preparedness across all locations. Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, and IT to ensure consistent standards and embed security requirements during new site launches. Requires extensive experience in physical security within defence or critical infrastructure, willingness to travel, and on-call support availability.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in physical security, protective security, corporate security, or critical infrastructure gained within defence, military, law enforcement, government, or comparable environments
- Strong expertise in physical security technologies, including access control, CCTV, alarm, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience managing external security providers, including vendor selection, contract management, and service performance
- A strong understanding of physical security risk management, incident response, and site resilience
- Experience developing security solutions for executive protection, events, or high-profile operational activities
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, building trusted relationships, and influencing decisions at all levels
- A pragmatic, structured, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery
- Willingness to travel between company locations and participate in on-call security support when required
- Fluency in English

- Experience supporting security across multiple locations or within manufacturing, industrial, or high-security environments
