Job Summary
Lead regional engineering leadership for physical security systems across the planning, design, construction, and commissioning lifecycle. Review architectural designs, shop drawings, and submittals for compliance with global standards while serving as the primary technical approval authority for design changes. Partner with architects, consultants, and the Data Center Infrastructure organization to incorporate security requirements early, then support engineering coordination, installation quality inspections, and milestone walkthroughs. Provide technical support during construction and issue resolution, overseeing commissioning and operational turnover activities. Ensure consistent implementation of standards and reduced project delays through rigorous evaluation of proposed scope changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs
- Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders
- Experience coordinating commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations
- Experience working with security system integrators, engineering consultants, general contractors, and owner representatives
