Job Summary
Monitor physical security systems, resolve alarms and alerts, and dispatch emergency services for life/safety events across Citizens Bank branches and remote ATMs. Maintain relationships with vendors and emergency services while supporting optimum equipment performance and adhering to strict audit and regulatory timelines. Handle Alertline phone calls, manage third-party notification systems, and execute administrative tasks required for internal procedures. Work Monday through Friday from 11pm to 7am in a team environment, requiring proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft products, and the ability to handle confidential information during peak volumes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation to report for duty at the primary (East Providence) or D/R location (Johnston)
- Ability to sit for long periods of time, with lunch/break time directed by office activity
- Experience maintaining professionalism during peak volumes and stressful situations
- Ability to time-management assigned projects, set priorities and exercise good independent judgment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proven ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Current experience working in a PS Command Center
- Proven aptitude with technology and proficiency with Windows O/S and Microsoft products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote)
- Extensive keyboarding or touch-typing experience where speed and accuracy are preferred
- Flexible to work any shift during times of critical staffing and emergency events
