Physical Security Associate Project Manager

Job Summary
Drive program strategy and roadmap development for complex physical security standards across the enterprise. Organize cross-functional activities, assemble project teams, and lead managers in creating comprehensive plans aligned with business objectives. Monitor program status regarding scope, schedule, budget, and strategic goals while directing corrective actions to maintain viability. Deliver project status presentations, manage customer relationships, and adhere to Highmark project management methods and audit requirements. Support improvements to project management practices and contribute to risk mitigation planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) to three (3) years experience performing project coordination activities
- Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%
- Lifting: up to 10 pounds
- Lifting: 10 to 25 pounds
- Adherence to the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
- Adherence to the company's Code of Business Conduct
- Compliance with applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations

- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certification or equivalent training
- Health Care Insurance industry business and operational knowledge
