Physical / Occupational Therapist, Neurology

Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and execute treatment plans for head/neck pain and vestibular conditions with extensive freedom to determine appropriate care. Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physicians, and other therapists to ensure patient progress on their care journey. Operate as the principal therapist at the Appleton office under the guidance of the Director of NeuroIntegrative Therapy. This role supports Mind+ Neurology's mission to end headache and migraine suffering through an integrated care team approach in Wisconsin's premier headache clinic.
