Job Summary
Lead the Physical Medicine program by developing and maintaining clinical standards for a team of Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists. Drive program development, staff hiring/coaching, onboarding, and utilization optimization; oversee quarterly chart reviews, continuing education approvals, and accreditation support (AAHC/NCQA) for a patient-centered medical home. Collaborate with the Physical Medicine Manager to shape clinic initiatives, lead care-team breaksouts, review schedules, and contribute to new health education and prevention programs for employees. Requires DC or DPT with licensing, at least 5 years of clinical experience, and demonstrated program-management and development experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to operate in a mixed in-person and virtual care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Chiropractor (DC) or Physical Therapist (DPT) with current state license
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in program level management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in program development
