Job Summary
Conduct image-guided procedures and provide comprehensive pain evaluations for acute and chronic conditions across two modern clinical sites. Manage a mix of patient cases while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. Maintain procedural autonomy within a stable schedule. Requires board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management, and an active New York medical license. Located in Western Queens, New York.
Required Qualifications
- Board‐certified or board‐eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
- Active or eligible New York medical license and DEA
- Proficiency in image‐guided spine and joint procedures
- Strong diagnostic and patient‐communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple practice locations
