Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Conduct inpatient rehabilitation coverage for the week of February 6–10, managing a daily census of 9–12 patients with rounds, lab orders, imaging, and specialty consults. Participate in the daily 1:00–1:30 PM team conference and coordinate with hospitalists for coverage outside clinic hours. Maintain active status in Maryland with required certifications including ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS. No weekend or call responsibilities are required. This temporary assignment supports the Center for Acute Rehabilitation while the permanent physician undergoes surgery.
