Job Summary
Mobile PM&R physician role providing bedside wound care across SNFs and LTACs within a 40–60 mile radius; conduct weekly wound rounds, participate in a wound fellowship, and use proprietary wound-specific EMR. No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities. Typical schedule is full-time Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm or part-time (minimum 3 days/week); approximately 2–3 facility visits per day and 20–30 patients seen daily. Compensation includes a W2 arrangement with an average annual salary of $300,000 plus benefits for a 30-hour work week, with paid training during onboarding and 6-month fellowship; mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits provided. Active, unrestricted license required; minimum 3 weekdays per week commitment. No work visa sponsorship is available.
