Physical Health & Wellness Coach

Develops and executes multiweek Physical Health & Wellness programs and events to educate, coach, and empower wounded service members in pursuit of health goals. Recruits warriors for quarterly virtual and in-person PH&W events; plans multi-day coaching program kick-offs and delivers fitness, nutrition, mobility, sleep, and health education with limited supervision. Creates individualized coaching plans, manages warrior participation through 90-day programs via coaching sessions by telephone or Teams, and uses motivational interviewing to support behavior change toward SMART goals. Develops in-person events, virtual education, and wellness challenges for warriors and families; facilitates virtual programming via Teams, Facebook Live, and other platforms; collaborates with teammates to expand content and opportunities. Maintains budgets within region, uses systems like Salesforce and LMS, analyzes metrics to meet outcomes, and travels up to 50% as needed. Delivers public speaking to raise awareness of PH&W programming; builds relationships with stakeholders and maintains data integrity across systems. Participates in trainings and onboarding, and supports required organizational initiatives. This role operates in a flexible hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two days remote).
