Job Summary
Health & Physical Education Teacher for Fall River Public Schools. Teach skills, knowledge, and healthy attitudes based on Health Frameworks and curriculum; establish standards for pupil behavior; participate in development and implementation of Standards Based Units; pursue professional growth activities; involve school staff, parents, and support services in the Comprehensive Health and Physical Education Program; identify pupil needs and collaborate with other staff to assess student health, attitudes, and learning problems; perform all duties per the FREA/Fall River School Committee contract.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts Licensure
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Physical Education, Health or Exercise Science
- Ongoing professional development as per district requirements
