Job Summary
Teach physical education and health with engaging, inclusive instruction; analyze student data to inform instruction and monitor progress; differentiate for diverse learners; plan wellness activities and events; uphold school-wide systems and routines; build strong relationships with students and families through communication and community engagement; provide behavioral and social-emotional supports using restorative practices; collaborate with colleagues to improve school culture, attendance, and student outcomes; support the founding BRICK Networks school with a focus on equity and academic success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Experience supporting students and families (East Side of Buffalo strongly preferred)
- Willingness to travel for professional development or other learning experiences
- Current authorization to work in the United States
