Job Summary
Translate logical circuit designs into detailed physical layouts, optimizing for area, power, and timing. Perform placement, routing, and clock tree synthesis, ensuring the design meets timing and manufacturing constraints. Work closely with timing and verification teams to resolve any physical design issues before tape-out. Experience with Block/SoC Physical Design; strong knowledge of PnR tools (ICC2/Innovus) and process nodes (10nm/7nm/5nm). Familiarity with Cadence Encounter and Synopsys ICC2; SDC/STA and equivalence checking; scripting in Shell/Python; Unix/Linux. Based in Bengaluru office with collaboration across multiple disciplines to achieve high-quality design outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
- Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
- Experience in Block/SoC Physical Design
- Proficiency in Physical Design
