/PT and OT needed to perform skilled home visits in Saint Clair County, MI (Port Huron area). Responsibilities include performing weekly to monthly skilled visits, charting electronically, and providing care within the home. Must hold an active Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license, have experience with home health visits, and maintain a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
