Job Summary
Part-time PM&R NP or PA to conduct physiatry consultations in PA skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. On-site with flexible schedule; no nights or weekends. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physiatry consultations and follow-up care, collaborating with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes, managing rehabilitation, pain management, and functional restoration plans, and providing guidance on patient care and progress to interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications include NP or PA board certification (ANCC/AANP or NCCPA) and active Pennsylvania NP or PA license; PM&R, physiatry, or pain-management experience strongly preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills and a passion for improving patient quality of life in post-acute and long-term care settings. Location: Hastings, PA (Hastings, Pennsylvania).
Required Qualifications
