Job Summary
As a Physiatry / Pain Management Provider at Medley Health, you will deliver on-site physiatry and pain management services across skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role involves performing comprehensive evaluations, diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal, neurologic, and functional limitations, and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) preferred (for MD/DO)
- Active New York medical license (for MD/DO)
- Nurse Practitioner (Adult-Gerontology preferred; FNP considered with relevant experience) (for NP)
- Active New York NP license (for NP)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in post-acute care, rehabilitation, pain management, or related settings (for MD/DO)
- Experience in post-acute/SNF care, rehabilitation medicine, pain management, geriatrics, orthopedics, or internal medicine (for NP)
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and collaboration skills (for MD/DO)
- Strong documentation and communication skills (for NP)
