Job Summary
Conduct daily inpatient rounds and manage medical care for rehab patients while providing oversight and leadership for the facility. Support quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and compliance through collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, including a medical director stipend. This role combines clinical practice with administrative leadership in a stable weekday environment.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
