Job Summary
Physiatrist (PM&R) sought for outpatient evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions in Battle Creek, MI. Role includes EMG and nerve conduction studies, therapeutic and diagnostic injections (including Botox/spasticity management), and collaboration with physical therapy, pain management, neurology, and surgical teams. Opportunity for leadership over the Neurodiagnostics/EMG Lab, potential clinical research involvement, and academic affiliation with Western Michigan University School of Medicine. Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R preferred; MD/DO with PM&R residency required; eligible for Michigan medical, DEA, and CDS licenses. Strong communication and patient-centered care are essential; leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited PM&R residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Eligible for medical, DEA and CDS licenses in the state of Michigan
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
