Provide direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning for assigned patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver professional technical physical therapy in a highly technical, fast-paced environment. Communicate clearly, build relationships to promote collaboration, and take initiative for professional growth while always seeking ways to improve the patient experience. Maintain accountability for performance within a diverse, award-winning healthcare team.
