Physiatrist Physician (Physician )

Evaluate, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent or correct deformities. Collaborate with physicians to develop, evaluate, and update treatment programs, care plans, goals, and discharge plans based on patient needs. Implement and adjust physical therapy treatment plans while selecting appropriate activities to help patients achieve their goals. Provide ongoing education and training to patients and families, give discharge instructions and referrals to community resources, and serve as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and each session according to departmental guidelines. Adhere to infection prevention protocols, attendance policies, and dress code requirements.
