Job Summary
Provide physical therapy in a school-based setting, including conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering goal-aligned therapy. Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program
- Experience with school-based therapy responsibilities, including conducting assessments and developing IEPs
- Availability to work a standard school-year schedule and to follow district policies regarding pay for school holidays and closings
- Travel contracts and local contracts available; relocation assistance and license reimbursement provided
