Physiatrist/Medical Doctor

Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning, and direct/indirect patient care using established Physical Therapy practices. Must communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, be accountable for performance, and pursue ongoing professional growth to enhance the patient experience within a Magnet-designated hospital setting.
