Job Summary
Physiatrist/Medical Doctor role focused on delivering physical therapy services within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include rendering professional PT care with evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning; collaboration with team members; building relationships; accountability for performance; initiative for professional growth; and contributing to a patient-centric, high-quality care environment. Requires a PT degree with licensure in Texas, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of licensed PT experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
