Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while maintaining clear communication and building relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Always look for ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for your professional growth. Work 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
