Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly, building relationships, and promoting a collaborative environment. Always look for ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for your professional growth. Work 8am-5pm, M-F with occasional weekends.
