Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate. Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students. Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers; performs examinations to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes; produces documentation in EMR; utilizes therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential, and iontophoresis; demonstrates safe body mechanics and transfer techniques; collaborates with support personnel per standards. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
