Job Summary
Diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, or conditions causing pain and functional impairment. Develop and oversee comprehensive, non-surgical treatment plans including physical therapy, medication management, and therapeutic injections. Perform and interpret electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS) as needed to aid in diagnosis. Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and pain management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Full-time, part-time, or per-diem schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with one weekend off monthly. Competitive salary of $260,000 - $325,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including 10k relocation expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted Florida Medical State License
- Board Certified
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting relevant diagnostic procedures
- Experience with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty team
- 5 days (1 weekend per month, no compensation)
