Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse and storage operations, including loading and unloading air cargo, while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Lead and coordinate shift teams during turnarounds, allocating tasks and providing work instructions to maintain safety, security, and operational performance. Perform technical expertise on complex ticketing or system issues, supervise emergency procedures, and conduct Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental inspections. Manage invoicing data capture, flight reports, and escalate customer complaints to duty managers as required. Rotate day-of allocation tasks in smaller stations and provide on-the-job training to staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent spoken and written English
- 5 years' operational experience in ground handling, cargo, or aircraft fueling services
- Excellent working knowledge of proper safety practices, procedural compliance and operations delivery
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to coach and motivate teams to deliver high quality standards
- Ability to resolve problems with a focus on excellent customer service
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional, work relationships with teams and customers
