Oversee the daily operations of a 500-square-metre Milan residence, coordinating and supervising household staff including a live-in housekeeper, cook, governess, and chauffeur. Manage the household budget, liaise with external contractors, and oversee maintenance works to ensure property standards. Assist with staff schedules and step in to support the team as needed. Maintain clear communication with the principals while ensuring discretion and professionalism. This senior role involves five weekdays plus weekend mornings, with potential future management of a secondary property in Tuscany. Candidates must have three or more years of private house manager experience, conversational Italian and English, and an EU working permit.
