Conduct benefit verifications, coverage exception follow-ups, and appeals interactions for insurance payer representatives while accurately documenting payer interactions to inform cross-functional partners. Manage assigned cases throughout the patient journey, performing proper triage, tracking, escalation, and follow-up as required. Maintain Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of assigned brands and customer workstreams to respond to inquiries via phone, chat, fax, SMS, mail, and email in a prompt and courteous manner. Begin January 12, 2026, in a predominantly nightshift schedule with a signing bonus.
