Job Summary
Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining PHP applications using the LAMP stack, managing the development process from start to finish while ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Assign tasks, review code for best practices, and communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and stay current with new PHP technologies and trends. Requires 7-8 years of PHP experience, 1-2 years as a team lead, and familiarity with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony. This remote role supports an international client.
Required Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in PHP development
- strong knowledge of the LAMP stack
- 1-2 years of experience as a team lead
- experience managing or guiding a team
- Familiar with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)
- Good experience with MySQL databases and optimizing queries
- Familiar with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
