Conduct individual, family, and group counseling for clients with substance abuse and behavioral health disorders, developing treatment plans and monitoring progress toward goals. Perform assessments by gathering client history and collaborating with outside agencies, while managing case records, scheduling appointments, and administering urinalysis testing. Facilitate referrals to related programs and handle administrative duties such as front desk coverage, fee system monitoring, and facility security. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars as directed by supervisory staff. Complete routine and non-routine reports including progress notes, charts, and transfer summaries in compliance with agency policies.
