Job Summary
Develop applications for a global customer base while identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and maintaining code quality, organization, and automation. Solve complex problems through troubleshooting and improve products by staying current with the newest technologies. Build RESTful APIs using the Laravel framework on Linux/Unix systems, leveraging PostgreSQL and SQL queries. Prioritize automation and ensure strong attention to detail within a remote team environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years PHP experience
- Experience developing applications using Laravel framework
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Ability to work well within a team in addition to working remotely
Desired Qualifications
- Degree In Computer Science/ IT Preferred But Not Essential
- Experience developing on Linux/Unix, PHPUnit or queueing systems is preferred
- Previously worked with VueJS
- Passion for automation
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication and organisational skills
